For £30 a month you will receive weekly e mail support from a personal
trainer, who would normally charge £60 per session per hour, plus the cost
to you in time to travel and in petrol and fares.
The trainer will build 30 minutes physical activity into your daily lives,
no gym, no pounding the roads, no pain! We do this by establishing what it
is you like to do, rather than inflicting a programme on you. From
experience we know that you will not achieve any fitness or weight loss goal
if you were not asked what activity you like to do in the first place.
There is no “no pain, no gain” mentality here. The 30minuteclub is totally
against exactly what has prevented you from becoming more active before.
Some people have crazy ideas on what “getting fit” really means. Dismiss the
“fitness experts” around you who believe that one hour in the gym is the
only way. They have not read the research and do not know how easy it is to
be fit and healthy.
The correct intensity of exercise for health related fitness is “moderate”.
By this we mean that your heart rate will go up and you will feel warmer and
perhaps slightly sweaty. Not completely exhausted, which has little health
benefit and makes you prone to injury. Join now and take control of your
