“I could go on but the message backed up by the science is clear. Join the 30minuteclub and improve your health and wellbeing, take control of your weight or whatever problem is worrying you – it could be your blood pressure, feeling tired, type 2 diabetes, heart disease in the family – all of which can be helped by physical activity and healthy living.

Sign up for 3 months (as in one month I doubt you will achieve your goal).

All I ask from you is :-

1. That you are honest in your e mails to me when discussing your lifestyle and daily activity.

2. That you agree to get out of the chair for one minute on the first day, two minutes on the second, three on the third and so on until you have achieved your goal of 30 minutes activity on most days of the week.

3. That you are enthusiastic and encourage those around you to do the same, whether members of the 30minuteclub or not!

Whilst everyone’s goal is the same, how you get there is up to you. The important thing is that the goal is achievable and that it has health benefits for you.

You will with e mail support succeed because the 30minuteclub is simple, straightforward, supportive and non-judgemental. So good luck!”
